Valentino Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear, Paris

Style Inspiration from The Runway

My favourite! ;)

Since last Spring 2013, and then Fall 2013, Valentino's collection has got a place in my heart ;) The collection was full of elegant, edgy COVERED style.. Even the New York Times Style Magazine called Valentino: a new protagonist in the 'covered-up' fashion movement in its edition back in March 2013.

So, since that, I've been giving a highlight more on Valentino's, and always looking forward to his upcoming design..

Again.. this Spring 2014, Valentino's Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, which took opera as their source material this season, showcased a collection full of modest cut. As for the design, the collection looks "dark" for Spring, has a touch of ethnic from somewhere out in Africa (or Indonesia perhaps ^_^), mysterious, has more ornate pieces, and has dramatic look on some of the gowns.

Here are some that I love:

Which is your favourite? :)

  1. All fashion shows provide valuable ideas towards the latest fashionable brand, getting vivid accessories like Designer Kurtas For Women is unique way through them.

  2. Lovely colours and really would look good on any Muslimah.
